I certainly need to join in this fitness challenge, but I'm not bold enough to make a video. I did get on the treadmill for fifty-two minutes today though.
Definitely w/you on this! And big KUDOS to you for starting this regimen and making it a lifestyle change! That's how I lost 50 lbs and that's how I'm keeping it off....working out more, eating smarter and healthier....and enjoying it! Hey, I'll be 32 this December, and I want to be AROUND for a long time! ;-) I'll definitely follow this challenge and let YOU inspire me to stay consistent...stay focused! The longer you do it, you'll feel better and that ALONE will keep you committed! ;-)

ReplyDeleteI saw you in Chicago last Friday, 6/11(great show, as usual)) -- it was so hot in there, I'm sure you lost a good 5 lb., so be encouraged (ha!)
