I am happy to announce that I have been nominated for my 2nd Grammy for my song "Still" off of my album, Music Fan First. It is an exciting time for Independent music. It was just last January when we traveled to California for our 1st Grammy-Nomination for a "Tale of Two". I would like to thank my producer Brett Baker, for creating such an awesome song as well.

I would also like to thank my family and staff for everything! We have been working hard to level the playing field between major and independent music. I think we are making strides. I thank everyone for their love and prayers, and truly ask that you continue to send positive energy this way.

Yes folks, scheduled for the holiday season 2010 will be a Michael Jackson game. No official title for the new video game. The MJ Estate has given clearance for this project as well. "Microsoft makers of the Xbox 360, have already announced plans to release their Kinetic technology, which uses cameras to read a gamer's body movements and translate them onto the TV screen, all without the use of a controller or remote."

So you'll be able to "get your Michael Jackson" on for real party people. I definitely plan on copping this once it's released.

There are several reasons why im posting this performance. For one it was a dope performance. Second i was told that this was the first time an artist ever did a medley on SNL, which is a big statement when considering how many people have rocked that show. LENA HORNE - WE LOST THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIANT OF THEM ALL

I woke up to the sad news that Ms Lena Horne passed away last night at the age of 92. As lover of music, film and theatre i have longed loved and appreciated Lena Horne's work. Her efforts to balance racial equality in film, theatre and on the road has allowed all of us the luxuries of creative choices only dreamed of before her. Thank you Ms. Horne from being one of the classiest women that has ever walked this earth. And heaven has definitely gotten even more stylish.

Love 4 Haiti Fundraising Event

I was in london and my friends brought me to this event. The room was filled with love and some of the best talent i've heard in a long time. Of course i didnt leave with out touching the mic. We need to keep up our efforts for our brothers and sisters in Haiti and those in need all across the world.

Plus my good friends N'Dambi (looking like a superhero), Navasha Daya, and Rhonda Thomas tore up their sets as well. My boy Kenny Lattimore was in town so ofcourse we had to get him on stage. Yeh just a great night all around. Hopefully the Soul Symphony can go on tour.

The main reason I am posting this is because i want to share one of the most inspiring moments I've ever witnessed. By now you may have heard about the 8 year old boy who was pulled from the rubble after being trapped for a week. The moment they pulled him out and he stretched out his arms is possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Keep praying for them, keep donating what you can...

Lost Another Great

Saddened my heart to first hear of the suffering in Haiti and then to hear about the legendary Teddy Pendergrass passing away last night at the age of 59. My prayers go out to his family.

Prayers for Haiti

The devastation that has hit Haiti truly pulls at my heart strings. Hearing numerous stories from family and friends about those affected by this. I send prayers to each and everyone affected. Song that comes to mind is MJ with "Heal The World." If you can donate please do so. I know that Wyclef's proceeds go 100% towards the people of Haiti. Continue to say a prayer for those affected because it will be a long time before things are somewhat restored for them and especially for a country that was already extremely poor.
