I had to post this to show. These four performers are my friends and some of the most talented women i know. I will be out of country but i truly hope you can make it. And if you cant make it and dont know who they are, goggle them. you wont be disappointed.

Wow...prime talent. Wish they were playing here in New York. Hopefully they will (fingers crossed). Never heard of Sy Smith, but will definitely check her out. Thx.
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love each and every one of them! I wish I could be there! Ugh! (just got mad!)
ReplyDeleteYou are right sir I love their genuine styles originality is so rare these days!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a show!! I just experienced the talent of each of the ladies at Ramshead in Annapolis, MD and I mean awesome! Such energy and pure talent. Each one very personable also, showing genuine appreciation for their fans. Of course they did a tribute to Michael Jackson which was off the hook too.
ReplyDeleteAsk and ye shall received. These lovely ladies are coming to NY! wOoT!! Can't wait to get my tix. :)
ReplyDeleteIt was a great show (I went to the one in Annapolis). Yaz and Sy were very impressive. Why didn't you attend?
ReplyDeleteLady dopeness at it's finest... Add Chokalate to the line-up and it's about a complete wrap...
ReplyDeleteMan, they killed the show @ RamsHead Tavern!!! We enjoyed the surprise performance from Natalie, formerly of Floetry! What a way to celebrate my graduation from Grad school!
ReplyDeleteSy Smith's Syberspace Social CD is a good place to start VampSpace. It's a great piece of work by an amazingly talented woman. This woman acutally did vocals on the new Chris Botti CD...she was in the company of John Mayer, Josh Grobin and YoYo Ma...and she held her own!
